Literature Text

The howling cries of the northern wolves.

My heart pounds as I hear them howl.

It is not of fear but of wonder and joy.

You see my heart joins in their cries.

I often imagine that I am running with them.

With my past behind me, and new life ahead.

I often dream of running with the wolves

I can feel the rush of the wind through my fur

And the excitement of the hunt as it fills my soul

I can't explain it, but this is my longing and my life

My heart cries as I hear them howl.
Just a poem I wrote :D I am gonna add to it sometie but this is what I have so far ^^

This is impressive. I loved reading it. The rhythm of the piece is what caught me. There is a lot of poetry that is difficult and grating to read. This piece is incredibly easy to read, and it rolls splendidly. I can't quite find why it was so easy, since my first thought was that it was in iambs, but after counting out the meter, I found that it wasn't. It's reading quality is expressly smooth, almost like reading with the rhythm of breathing or the rhythm of a bounding wolf.
The word choice is well done for the subject. It holds the right tone and quality. It does bring emotion, and it is very well written. Although I have no interest in wolves, it is easily applicable and relatable to different focuses.
